Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS)
- Purpose of the General Terms and Conditions (GTC): These general terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Bilel AGUECHE and the customer for the reservation and provision of private VTC transportation services in Nice and on the French Riviera.
- Reservation and Confirmation: The customer can make a reservation by phone or through our website. The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation by email or SMS. However, the reservation confirmation is subject to availability.
- Rates and Payment: The rates for VTC services are communicated to the customer at the time of order confirmation. Payment can be made online during the reservation or in person to the driver. Rates include applicable legal taxes.
- Cancellation and Modification: Any cancellation or modification of a reservation must be made at least ONE HOUR before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellation fees may apply for late cancellations.
- Liability: We make every effort to ensure the safety and comfort of our customers. However, we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
- Copyright: All intellectual property rights related to the content of the website, logos, and trademarks of Bilel AGUECHE are reserved. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
- Data Protection: We collect and process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. The collected data is used solely for the purpose of providing our services.
- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: These GTC are governed by the laws of France. In case of a dispute, the competent courts of Nice shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
